    7 to 14 day money back guarantee. Valid only for unused items in original packaging with invoice and certificate. For more information, contact us by email or mobile.

  2. Exchange and Buyback

    You can exchange and upgrade jewellery at GemsCraft Store based on availability of the outlet. Daily market rates apply for gold and precious stones.

  3. Old Gold / Gemstone valuation

    Opinion on old gold purity, gemstone valuation, and any reduction will be assessed during physical store exchanges.

  4. Online payment refunds

    If the customer pays online, the amount will be refunded within 7–15 working days from the product receipt received date.
